Meet the Founder

Rebecca Willingham is the heart and brain behind Willingham Works. With 15+ years of experience leading large-scale government and corporate projects, Rebecca brings a rare mix of grit, grace, and strategic thinking to every engagement. She’s a certified PMP, a caregiver, a mother of five boys, and a fierce advocate for purpose-driven work.

Her background spans healthcare transformation, state-wide technology implementations, supply chain modernization, and organizational change management. But what truly drives her is helping people win — at work and in life.
