Hello. Meet our Founder: Rebecca Willingham, PMP

Rebecca is experienced in executive leadership and transformation. She has a passion for project management, facilitation, and recruiting. She is certified (PMP), as well as a certified agile coach, scrum master and project owner.  Her facilitation skills are top notch and she is able to bring people together to solve problems. She also has a keen eye for detail and is able to see the big picture to help organizations achieve their goals.

She has worked on large implementations and trainings  for State and local government, Big 4 consulting firms, hospitals and AI/ML sourcing and data collection companies.
